Shipping Policy - Free Shipping on Everything
Domestic Shipping (United States of America)
We offer Free Economy Shipping on Everything (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). You also have the option to select real-time quotes for UPS, or USPS shipping based on the weight and location of your order. Please Note: You will see the exact quotes for shipping before you checkout.
International Shipping (Outside of the United States of America)
We currently only offer shipping to the lower United States of America; however, we do have customers that have a billing authorized receiving location that we ship to in the United States, and then they have it shipped outside of the United States through their service.
Delivery (All Orders)
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days after payment is processed. Our Warehouse Hours are between 10am and 4pm CST, Monday through Friday. Most USA orders will be delivered in 2 to 7 business days after it has shipped depending on which Shipping method you select.
- Please Note: We try to give the best possible Delivered Prices we can, including taking on all or most of the cost depending on the way you order. We offer Free Economy Shipping on Everything, or you can select a real-time shipping rate from your preferred shipping service. We don't make you wait weeks for your package, however keep in mind we can't send a large package overnight using our Free Shipping. We do from time to time Upgrade Free Shipping orders, but that can't be done all the time, so please expect a reasonable Shipping period on larger orders that use the Free Shipping method.

Returned, re-sent and/or misdirected orders will be charged the full shipping cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. Basically please make sure you provide the correct address, review your address before you submit your order.
